From first conversation to long-term coaching, we keep the path obvious. You should always know what we are doing this month, why it matters, and what success looks like.
1. Consultation
We discuss goals, schedule realities, equipment, injury history, and what you have tried before. You leave knowing whether our style matches your needs—no pressure sales script.
2. Onboarding week
We confirm baseline lifts with video where helpful, set logging fields, and agree on the first block’s intent. Week one should feel doable, not heroic.
3. Programming blocks
Training is periodized with explicit progression rules and scheduled deloads. You will know what “good” looks like for each phase before it starts.
4. Weekly check-ins
You submit logs and short notes; we return adjustments and technique cues tied to the lifts that drive your goals.
5. Phase review
At block end we review trends: loads, volume, readiness, and lifestyle anchors. Then we set the next block’s focus.
