Service delivery

This page explains how Engage Performance delivers coaching Services purchased through our Site—primarily remote programming, consultation calls, and messaging—not physical meal delivery. Supplement or product shipments, if offered, follow the shipping notes on the relevant product page at checkout.

Virtual coaching delivery

Services are delivered digitally unless your separate coaching agreement specifies otherwise: for example, shared documents, email, agreed messaging channels, video sessions, and training-app integrations we approve for your engagement.

Scheduling and sessions

Consultations and booked calls are scheduled through our scheduling tools or as coordinated by email. Time zones are confirmed at booking. If you need to reschedule, follow the cancellation window stated in your confirmation or coaching agreement.

Subscriptions and recurring billing

If you purchase a recurring plan, billing cadence and renewal dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. You may cancel future renewals through your customer account or by written notice as described in our Terms of Service and Refund policy. Cancelling stops future charges; past periods follow our refund rules.

Physical products (if applicable)

If we ship physical goods (for example supplements or merchandise), carrier, estimated delivery timeframe, and risk of loss transfer are stated at checkout or on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
